and Composer system to provide easy access to information with user defined layouts
and filters to get the information you need quickly and easily.

• Filter any field with the simple interface designed to help you filter on date,
numeric, text, and lookup fields.
• Customise and save your own filters by users and groups to make enquiries simple

• Users can customize and save charts, graphs, pivot tables, and datasheet layouts
to each individual’s preference.
• Easy menu system allows you to quickly switch between saved filters and layouts
in your views to make enquiries quick and easy.
• Define the groupings and sub-totals you need in each customizable view. Drill
down into your datasheets to show related information for each record.
• Export your data to excel spreadsheets.
• Built in security with users and groups to restrict access to sensitive information.
• Summarise data across multiple databases, examples are combining Timbersmart and
accounting data or consolidating across more than one Timbersmart site.
