Site Audit
Site Audit is a
one or more day visit by TimberSmart Consultants to a Site (Sawmill, Trader) that
uses TimberSmart. The main objective of the visit is to review all the areas where
TimberSmart is used at the site and make recommendations for improvement. These
areas of the site are covered:

a. Log inventory
b. Sawmill production planning
c. Packet creation
2. Processing
a. Processing planning
b. Drying
c. Treatment
d. Off-site processing
e. Packet Move/Retally
f. Production reporting
3. Stocktake
4. Sales
5. Despatch
6. Administration
7. Invoicing
8. Electronic data interchange
Site is audited and issues are identified. Recommendations are given for identified
problems.
