One will see this Wifi symbol almost everywhere you go these days, I bet you thought Wi-Fi was the future?

well at the rate that mobile technology and service provider technology betters, soon there might be no point of having Wi-Fi everywhere you go as everyone already has, in the form of their mobile data.

As the price of mobile data decreases, fewer people are actually logging onto public Wi-Fi networks as they don't feel the need to switch networks for a small amount of data.

The change is apparent in homes already in the US almost a third of people don't use a home broadband internet connection because they have unlimited data plans on their phones, according to a survey released by ReportLinker.
